Replacments & Cancellations
We will replace anything that is damaged, defective, flawed or any item that the customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages, and can only replace items. We can not accept returns on orders made in error.
To request a replacement of a damaged, defective or flawed item, please email us at email@example.com making the request and please include a photo at that time. We may request the items to be shipped back (at our cost), or the shipper may request the item to be sent to them if it was damaged in transit, so please retain the item for 45 days after your request.
Upon receiving your request we will respond in 48 hours with a determination of your request via email. If the item is going to be replaced, we reserve the right to hold shipments for adverse weather conditions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to canceled orders not cancelled before the order is processed and your credit card is charged.
