Thank you for your interest in Caspar Estate, located in the hills above the Napa Valley.
We organically farm Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Sauvignon Blanc grape varietals. With Julien Fayard as our winemaker our philosophy is aligned to produce Caspar Estate as terroir-driven wines, available by allocation. The Allocation consists of two shipments a year. We release the Sauvignon Blanc in the Spring and Cabernet Sauvignon in the Fall with any remaining bottles sold at our restaurant, Cultivar SF.
