2013 Caspar Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 6 Bottle Box Allocation with Olive Oil and Honey Box

Tasting Notes:
The 2013 Season: The 2013 growing season experienced a warm, dry spring. Early bud break helped with canopy vigor and berry size, and created ideal conditions for flowering and fruit-set under sunny skies. With the exception of one heat spike in late June, temperatures were consistently in the zone for optimal vine activity, resulting in notably healthy vines as fruit went through veraison and started ripening. 2013 is one of the finest vintages Napa Valley has seen.
2013 Casapr Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Notes: What first catches your attention about the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is the dark, deep purple color it exhibits. Aromas of blackberry and currant are intertwined with notes of exotic spices, tobacco, and hues of sweet vanilla that draw you into the glass. The wine is rich and deep, a long and lingering finish with notes of tannin greets the palate. It exhibits all that the 2013 vintage is about: rich fruit that is inviting and seductive. With masterful structure, it can be cellared for another 20 years.
